Born in Trichur, the cultural capital of Kerala on 25^th September, 1968. After graduating in Physics from Sree Kerala Varma College passed Diploma In Tourism Management (1½ years) from from IITTM, New Delhi at Kerala Institute of Travel and Tourism Studies, Trivandrum. Also passed Air fare ticketing and Travel Management (6 months) from the same institute. Passed Post graduate Diploma in Journalism (1 year) from Sree Rama Polytechnic in Trichur.

Worked as Information Assistant at different counters of Department of Tourism, Kerala State while studying and at District Tourism Promotion Council, Trichur (4 months), Kerala Toursm Development Corporation, Calicut (6 months), as Tourist Guide in Tourindia, Trivandrum (7 months), as Tour Escort in the first Houseboat in Kerala (8 months), as Manager Tourindia, Cochin (1½ years). 

With the experience of working with Mr. Babu Varghese (in 1993 / 95) who introduced the houseboat and treehouse in Kerala, I opened the office of Palmland Tours as a single ownership firm with representatives in Cochin, Trivandrum, Periyar and Kovalam Beach in 1995.
