Nelliyampathi Hills are only two hours drive from Trichur. You could have a
short visit staying at
Coconut Island
combined with Bullock cart trip
or stay here for one or two nights.
On the way visit the garden at Pothundi. The views during one hour drive
through 22 hairpin curves in high mountain is quite impressive. There are
many view points, tea plantations, coffee, pepper etc. And you would not
find much visitors here.
