Lake Palace is an exclusive 3 star deluxe hotel on an island inside Periyar wildlife park. This was the summer palace of Travancore Maharajas. The resort offers unlimited peace and tranquillity, interrupted only by the twitter of birds, a cry in the wilds or the excitement of spotting wildlife from your window. Here you are in the middle of evergreen tropical rain forest spread before you in different colours. If you are just little bit lucky, you may see an elephant group at the other side of the lake. Two hours Boating is complimentary for the clients everyday.
