| Karikkathi Beach House is an exclusive Beach front house with two double bedrooms and a living room in a coconut Plantation at zero distance from sea and forty feet above the sea level. The beach is 9 kms south of Kovalam Beach. |

A walk for 400 meters through Coconut Plantations close to the sea leads you to the house. The roof is thatched with palm leaf mats. |

The rooms do not have air-condition, but has overhead fans. |

| you could see local fisherman fishing in front of the house. The house is facing west and has a magnificent view of the Arabian sea and Evenings are very impressive with the view of the setting sun. The beach close to the house is not ideal for swimming. |  |

Kitchen is adjacent to accommodation, 12462881same roof. Sea food delicacies are prepared by your private Chef to your tastes. |
| Private beach and swimming pool of the near by resort (5 minutes walk and some steps which are not ideal for old) can be used on paying a nominal fee. |
