They offers two comfortable double rooms in 70 years old heritage house in semi urban village atmosphere close to Kottayam Town.
 
In the comfortably furnished Sitting room there are variety of books, magazines, colour television and music. Air conditioned double room is well decorated and furnished with antiques of the period. They also have an additional dressing room with wardrobe and fully furnished private sitting room with chest of drawers attached to the room. The modern western styled private bathroom is complete with superior fittings and accessories.

The fully fitted guest kitchen provides microwave, fridge, glassware , crockery and cutlery allowing the guests to prepare simple meals. The guests will find an interesting supply of books, magazines, board games and folders of local tourist information. Free internet access, Tea/ coffee making facility, Laundry service and Hair dryer are provided.
